Hotel Reservation Form
Hotel Reservation
JTB Yokohama Convention Center has reserved blocks of rooms at hotels in Yokohama during the period. Please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form and submit it to JTB Yokohama Convention Center by 22nd December, 2006, Japan time. Reservation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your order of preference in the application form. If your desired hotel is fully booked, JTB Yokohama Convention Center will reserve your second choice or a hotel in the same grade. Hotel charge should be paid to JTB Yokohama Convention Center. When submitting the application, please indicate credit card number, expiry date and card holder’s signature. Confirmation of hotel reservation will be sent by fax in 2 weeks or so. Hotel reservation will not be honored without this confirmation.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to JTB Yokohama Convention Center. The following cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card.

Transportation (Direction to Pacifico Yokohama)
Pacifico Yokohama is a three-minute walk from Minatomirai Station. From Minatomirai Station, take Queen's Square Yokohama Exit and go upto the 2nd floor with red escalator, then go through Queen's Square leftward. In Pacifico Yokohama, ASP-DAC registration is in the 2nd floor of Conference Center at the right.
- From Narita Airport (New Tokyo International Airport)
Narita Airport handles most international flights for Tokyo area. Narita Airport has two train stations "Narita Airport" for terminal 1 and "Airport Terminal 2" for terminal 2.- by Train

Take a JR "Narita Express" to Yokohama Station. Transfer to Minatomirai Line. Get off at Minatomirai Station. (fare 4160 Yen, approx. 100 minutes) - Keisei + JR + Minatomirai Line
Take a Keisei "Skyliner" to Nippori Station. Transfer to JR Keihin-Tohoku Line. Take a train bound for south from Nippori to Yokohama. At Yokohama, transfer to Minatomirai Line. Get off at Minatomirai Station. (fare 2640 Yen, approx. 120 minutes) - Keisei / Subway Asakusa / Keikyu + Minatomirai Line
Take a Keisei "Limited Express" bound for Keikyu Line via Subway Asakusa Line to Yokohama Station (There is no direct train from Narita to Yokohama). At Yokohama, transfer to Minatomirai Line. Get off at Minatomirai Station. (fare 1630 Yen, approx. 130 minutes)

by Bus (bus fare 3500 Yen)
A limousine bus runs from the airport to Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT) which is adjacent to Yokohama Station (approx. 90 minutes). Take a taxi from taxi pool at 2nd basement of Porta shopping mall on the east exit, or take Minatomirai Line to Minatomirai Station. Some limousine buses go directly to Pacifico Yokohama via YCAT (approx. 120 minutes).

Take Keikyu Line to Yokohama Station. At Yokohama, transfer to Minatomirai Line. Get off at Minatomirai Station (fare 470 Yen, approx. 30 minutes) - by Bus
Take a bus to Yokohama City Air Terminal which is adjacent to Yokohama Station (fare 560 Yen, approx. 30 minutes). Take a taxi from taxi pool at 2nd basement of Porta shopping mall on the east exit, or take Minatomirai Line to Minatomirai Station.
