The conference fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions including keynote speeches and designers' forum, except tutorials
  • Banquet (excluding Full-time students)
  • One refreshment per break
  • Congress kit (a final program, one copy of conference proceedings, and one CDROM of conference proceedings)

The designers' forum fee includes:

  • Admission to designers' forum and keynote speeches
  • One CDROM of conference proceesings
  • One refreshment per break

The tutorial fee includes:

  • Admission to full-day or half-day tutorial(s)
  • One copy of all tutorial texts
  • One lunch coupon
  • One refreshment per break

Other notices:

  • Designers' Forum registration is prepared mainly for non-members. No fee deduction is available for members and full-time students.
  • No lunch is provided except for tutorial lunch coupons, though some foods are available at Design Contest discussion during lunch break on Jan. 24 and at Student Forum during lunch break on Jan. 25.
  • An extra copy of the proceedings will be available for purchase at the conference site: Paper Form 5,000 yen, CD-ROM Form 2000 yen.
  • Banquet tickets will be available at the conference site to Designers' Forum attendees and students: 5,000 yen/ticket.
  • Admission to Student Forum is free.
  • Conference registration is required for speakers. Speakers are not allowed to cancell registration.
  • No invitation letter is provided for attendees.

PAYMENT

All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by bank remittance or credit card. Please note that personal checks and bank drafts will not be accepted.

Our registration system requests 16-digit number as the credit card number. As for American Express card, please enter 0 (zero) as the last digit (16th digit).

CHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND

If you want to change or add registered contents, please notify the ASP-DAC 2007 Secretariat by e-mail at aspdac2007reg@aspdac.com or by Fax at +81-3-5402-7605 with your Registration ID# which was sent by e-mail when registered.

When written notification of cancellation is received by the conference secretariat by January 12, 2007, 5,000 yen will be deducted from the fees paid to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after this date.
