Instructions
In order to submit your paper, please follow the instructions below.
1) Paper preparation
- Initial manuscripts should NOT include authors' names and their affiliations in order to perform a double-blind review. But you might want to make an enough blank space in advance to add authors' names and their affiliations to the final submission. Authors' names, their affiliations and the contact person are requested when you submit your paper via the paper submission system.
- The paper should be 6 pages in length including all figures, tables (references are not included in the 6-page limitation). The technical expositions will be reviewed by specialists but should include an introduction for nonspecialists that describes the problem and achieved results, focusing on the important ideas and their significance.
- Accepted file format is PDF only. No other formats will be accepted. Manuscripts should not include special fonts such as Asian fonts.
- The paper for initial submission is to be
formatted in the
ACM format.

- The final manuscript MUST include the correct rights text and bibliographic strip at the bottom left corner in the first page. You will receive the rights text and bibliographic strip to be placed in the final manuscript from ACM when preparing the final manuscript. To hold their space at the bottom left corner in the first page in advance, we highly recommend for authors to leave their corresponding area in the template unchanged.
2) Paper Submission
- Please submit the manuscript via --> the paper submission system.
Requirement
- All accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
- Double and/or parallel submissions of similar work to any other conferences, symposia, and journals are not allowed.
- It is mandatory that at least one co-author per accepted paper registers the conference at the speaker's registration rate.
Please note that each paper shall be accompanied by at least one different full conference registration at the speaker rate (i.e., two speaker's registrations are needed for two accepted papers, e.g. from the main author or a co-author of a paper).
Remarks:
- Papers will be accepted for publication as either of regular papers or short papers. The paper type ** cannot ** be chosen by authors when submitting papers.
- Papers may need to be shortened after acceptance, depending on the paper type. The page limit for short papers will be four.
- The page limit for regular papers excluding references is 6 pages. For the camera-ready version up to 2 extra pages (maximum 8 pages) are allowed with extra payment.
- Any modification in authors' names including the order of the listed authors after submission deadline is not allowed except that TPC approves the modification.
- By submitting your article to an ACM Publication, you are hereby acknowledging that you and your co-authors are subject to all ACM Publications Policies, including ACM's new Publications Policy on Research Involving Human Participants and Subjects. Alleged violations of this policy or any ACM Publications Policy will be investigated by ACM and may result in a full retraction of your paper, in addition to other potential penalties, as per ACM Publications Policy.
- Please ensure that you and your co-authors obtain an ORCID ID, so you can complete the publishing process for your accepted paper. ACM has been involved in ORCID from the start and we have recently made a commitment to collect ORCID IDs from all of our published authors. The collection process has started and will roll out as a requirement throughout 2022. We are committed to improve author discoverability, ensure proper attribution and contribute to ongoing community efforts around name normalization; your ORCID ID will help in these efforts.
