After completing registration at the above registration site, please pay the registration fee by credit card from the payment site below.
For speakers: If required, an additional page charge must be paid with the registration fee at the payment site.
After your payment is completed, Receipt and Certificate of Attendance are available from the following site.
Those who register to participate in ASP-DAC 2025 are considered to have agreed with our personal information protection policies. Please read the following note before registration.

The conference fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions including keynote speeches, Designers' Forum and tutorials
- A conference kit (a final program and an authority to access the download site for the conference proceedings). The download site will be open by Jan. 20, 2025
- Access to electronic files of tutorial presentations

- A conference kit (a final program and an authority to access the download site for the conference proceedings). The download site will be open by Jan. 20, 2025.
PAYMENT
All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card. Please note that personal checks, bank drafts and bank transfer will not be accepted.
You are NOT able to download the conference proceeding if you did not finish the payment. Please finish the payment within a week after you registered (finish the payment immediately if you register on January).

PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL PAGE CHARGE
The limit to the number of pages per paper can be extended up to eight (8) by paying an additional charge for pages beyond six (6). The details of the page limit policy and charge can be found here.
If you need to pay an additional page charge, please pay it with registration fee from the payment site. At the payment site, please select the total number of pages whose charge is paid by you of your papers.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
When written notification of cancellation after you paid is received by the conference secretariat by December 6 December 13, 2024, 5,000 yen will be deducted from the fees paid to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after this date. Speakers are not allowed to cancel registrations.
