1) Paper preparation

- Manuscripts must not exceed six (6) pages in length, including the abstract, figures, and tables. References are excluded from this page limit. Submissions should be technically rigorous and will be evaluated by expert reviewers; however, they must also include an introductory section that is accessible to non-specialists, clearly outlining the problem addressed, key contributions, and the significance of the results.
- Only PDF files are accepted. Submissions in other formats will not be considered. Manuscripts should not contain special fonts such as Asian character sets.
- The initial submission must be formatted in the
IEEE style template.
The templates are available at:

Please note that each paper shall be accompanied by at least one different full conference registration at the speaker rate (i.e., two speaker's registrations are needed for two accepted papers, e.g. from the main author or a co-author of a paper).
Remarks:
- Papers will be accepted for publication as either regular papers or short papers. The paper type ** cannot ** be chosen by the authors at the time of submission
- Papers may need to be shortened after acceptance, depending on the assigned paper type. The page limit for short papers is four (4) pages.
