PDF Express Info

Unfortunately, due to administrative difficulties, PDF Express is not available for ASP-DAC 2012 at this time. We are endeavouring to get this available as soon as possible.

In the meantime, the key factor that determines suitability of your papers is embedded fonts. Please perform the following checks to determine if your generated paper has embedded fonts:

  • Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat
  • Select File...Properties
  • Go to the Fonts tab
  • Ensure that all the listed fonts have the text (Embedded) or (Embedded Subset) after their names

    If any font is not listed as being embedded, you should check your PDF creation method to see if it has an option to do so.

    Once this check is complete, please submit your camera ready versions to the camera ready submission site, but check back here before the submission deadline of November 15 to see if PDF Express has become available.
